Very helpful for fast payment and not having to worry about cash or going to the transit center to get a pass. Also helpful for telling where a bus is or when the next bus is scheduled, though the "real-time tracking" is usually still a fair bit off. But overall helpful, especially when the transit system is a bit less reliable than I would like.

hasn't failed me so far when I need to show the driver I bought a ticket and actually works better than some of the 10-ride paper passes I've seen get continually rejected by the machine since the driver presses a button for the app but the pass requires a machine in a bus to be able to scan a magnetic (??) strip on a card that gets bent in your wallet.

due to the recent changes around the city from construction to cats employees not being available it's BAD. In the mornings especially with the first routes that have drivers; the drivers tend not to give a damm about times or where people have to be. I personally have to catch the airport sprinter and the #7. The times that the app reports for stops and where the buses actually are doesn't add up. Either the buses are not reporting or the drivers could give a damn about where we have to be.

actual garbage, downloaded after the original app was down for TWO MONTHS. tried to purchase a ticket and it will not send the email with the verification code so that I can actually use the app, I have tried several times and I never recieved an email. I dont carry cash ever and this app being dysfunctional has caused me to spend a ridiculous amount of money on uber that I just dont have.

This is a great app if you ride the trains or buses in Charlotte it gives you more up-to-date information than Google maps will sometimes they may have a shutdown on certain routes and you will be misguided if you use only Google maps to get you around. You also can use this app to pay with the debit card for a bus/transit ride in case you don't have paper money.

when I first downloaded this app, I was able to scan the barcode. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it still doesn't work. I'm not sure what's going on with that. have anyone experienced this?

I've been using the Google Pay option to pay for my bus tickets for months with no problem. Then this morning I went to pay that way again for a one way pass and instead of $2.20 it kept saying $220.00. I tried re-doing it several times. I even updated the app this morning and tried again and it said $220.00. I don't know if the Google Pay is glitching and adding in extra zeros and it meant $2.20 or what but I don't want to chance it. That should be fixed asap. I even took a photo of it.

A massive improvement over the previous app. It's reliable, processes transactions quickly, and loads fast. I'm glad they integrated the bus/train schedule into the app, and some routes even show real-time location data for your ride. Super helpful. I don't know how much this cost the taxpayers, but it was probably worth it.

Trash. I feel like the developers didn't quite complete the app. All there is primarily is a barely functional interface. Good effort bad judgment. This app is lacking the basic functionality of location mapping to track and schedule a bus route, find suitable bus fare diversity, learn adequate information and adjust to the needs of the customer. Absolutely a lazy and terrible execution for an app.

very good app to have def when it comes to planning your work trip and making sure you on time by connecting your buses. but also schedule ahead bus in case something happens. love the app and the new change where you have a barcode on your ticket to scan on bus. it will limit false tickets .... adulting buying youth or disabled etc.

I appreciate that the app shows the busses stopping where you are. But the app presents info like real time bus arrival and departure info. It isn't. It will show your bus coming and that it has gone, passengers are standing there confused, never saw it. It would be nice if 10 trip cards received from commuter programs could be loaded onto the app. The 10 trip cards stop working around ride 5 or 6, not all drivers let you board.
